Maestro Hector Olivera, organist extraordinaire! The man acclaimed in international circles as one who “envisions himself as a total orchestra!” Olivera is a passionate, gifted, and unique musician whose personal interpretations of both classical and popular music have amazed and delighted audiences around the world. Hector’s collaboration with the Rogers company on the design specs for the model of organ which graces the First Congregational UCC sanctuary allows him a deep appreciation of all the nuances of this fine instrument, and he carefully selects his program to share them all with his audience. His January 2016 performance packed the church sanctuary, and we anticipate that he will do so again!
